How long we keep your data#

Deleting your account#
In the App: open Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm. Your account, learning profile, progress, conversations, voice files, characters and portraits are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
Without the App: email support@flowzy.ai from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Subscriptions are separate. Deleting your account does not cancel a Flowzy Pro subscription, because subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings first, or you will continue to be billed.
Deleting part of your data#
You can delete individual characters you created inside the App. To delete anything else without closing your account, email us at the address above.
